Specializes in: Perfecting the craft!
Hayden grew-up in Centerville, Iowa, but despite previous small town living, Hayden has lived the furthest thing from a small town life.
After graduating from high school Hayden dreamed of becoming a tattoo artist, but decided to go to college and study Graphic Design instead. However, being a slave to the 9-5 was not for him so he decided to jump ship and study Cosmetology and spent 10 years practicing the trade.
Fun Fact: Hayden trained/worked on the set of American Idol for 2 seasons doing hair and make-up!
From 2000 - 2005 and again in 2013, Hayden was also in a band that toured the country with bands like Falling In Reverse.
In 2009, Hayden auditioned for and secured a role in the movie 16 to Life where he played a biker named Candi.
Albeit thrilling, something was always missing. That passion and dream of becoming a tattoo artist never faded.
Fast forward to present day, although new to Monster Ink, Hayden is not new to the tattoo industry. Hayden started his tattoo apprenticeship before securing a spot at the shop, but is excited to continue learning under Taylor.
“It is truly a blessing to work with Taylor and be a part of this shop. I am excited to develop my skills and build a career/future here.”
